P2026-035 Discuss and consider a request by Ryan Joyce of Michael Joyce Properties on behalf of Chris Caldwell of Qualico Developments, Inc. for the approval of a Replat for Phase 2 of the Peachtree Meadows Subdivision consisting of 144 single-family residential lots on a 94.544-acre tract of land identified as Lot 49, Block A, Peachtree Meadows Addition, City of Rockwall, Rockwall County, Texas, zoned Planned Development District 101 (PD-101) for Single-Family 10 (SF-10) District land uses, generally located on Mims Road west of the intersection of Mims Road and National Drive, and take any action necessary.

P2026-030 Discuss and consider a request by Michael and Jennifer Wurster for the approval of a Final Plat for Lots 1-4, Block A, Harvest Lakes Addition being a 12.82-acre tract of land identified as Lot 1 of the L. L. Leonard Addition and Tract 19-2 of the S. S. McCurry Survey, Abstract No. 146, City of Rockwall, Rockwall County, Texas, zoned Planned Development District 5 (PD-5) for Single-Family 8.4 (SF-8.4) District land uses, addressed as 550 Hance Trail, and take any action necessary.
