Discuss and consider approval of a preliminary plat for Phase 1 of the Discovery Lakes Subdivision consisting of 31 single family residential lots generally located on the northside of SH-276 east of the intersection of SH-276 and Rochelle Rd and take any action necessary (Phase I). 4. Discuss and consider approval of a master plat for the Discovery Lakes Subdivision consisting of 428 single family residential lots generally located at the northeast corner of the intersection of SH-276 and Rochelle Rd and take any action necessary (Remaining Phases).
