"Water Resource and Emergency Management Plan," Sec. 44-432 to adopt a new plan that incorporates requirements pertaining to "Procedures for Curtailment of Water Supplies," and take any action necessary. Consider authorizing the City Manager to execute an Interlocal Agreement for Animal Control Services between the City of Rockwall and Rockwall County, and take any action necessary. 4.
