Municipal Utility District No. 3 (Devonshire Development), and take any action necessary. 3. Consider entering into a cooperative purchasing agreement with the Public Procurement Authority, awarding a bid to ESCI and authorizing the City Manager to execute Contracts for (1) cooperative purchasing; (2) Community Risk Assessment Services for $47,346 to be funded with the previously awarded Homeland Security Grant funds, and take any action necessary. 4. Consider approval of a professional engineering services contract for BW2 Engineers, Inc. to perform the engineering design services and specifications for the Lakedale Drive (Lakeview Drive to Ridge Road), South Lakeshore Drive (2000 Block), and Woodpark Lane (Spring Creek to S. Alamo Drive) Reconstruction Project in an amount not to exceed $184,300.00, to be paid for out of the 2018 Street Bond funds and water wastewater funds, and take any action necessary. 8. Consider approval of a professional engineering services contract for Dannenbaum Engineering Company – Dallas LLC. to perform the engineering design services and specifications for the Ridge Road West (Shores Boulevard to N. Goliad Street) Reconstruction Project in an amount not to exceed $370,047.49, to be paid for out of the 2018 Street Bond funds, and take any action necessary. 9. Consider authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with MHS Planning and Design for engineering and design services in the amount of $51,600 as budgeted and funded by the Recreation Development Fund to develop a neighborhood park in The Harbor area, and take any action necessary. 10.
