Consider approval of professional engineering services contract for Teague Nall and Perkins, Inc. to perform the engineering design services and specifications for the Alta Vista Drive from Lakeshore Drive to Westway Drive and West Street from Rusk Street to Highland Drive Reconstruction Project in an amount not to exceed $313,500.00, to be paid for out of the 2018 Street Bond funds and water wastewater funds, and take any action necessary. 5. Consider awarding multiple bids to Trade Contractors for the construction of a Pickle Ball Court at Myers Park and authorizing the City Manager to execute contracts totaling $125,000 including project contingency to be funded out of the Recreation Development Fund, and take any action necessary. 6.
