Discussion regarding possible sale or lease of real property / land in the vicinity of County Line Road pursuant to Section §551.072 (Real Property). 2. Discussion regarding Breezy Hill Road pursuant to § Section 551.071 (Consultation with Attorney). 3. Discussion regarding possible sale of real property / land in PD-32 pursuant to Section §551.072 (Real Property). 4. Discussion regarding the appeal to the Public Utility Commission filed by the cities of Garland, Mesquite, Plano and Richardson against the North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD) regarding water rates pursuant to §Section 551.071 (Consultation with Attorney) 6.Discuss and consider a resolution approving a negotiated settlement between cities in the Atmos Cities Steering Committee and Atmos Energy Corporation, Mid-Tex Division regarding the 2018 Rate Review Mechanism filings, adopting tariffs as part of the settlement, and take any necessary action.
